Our Accessibility Approach
Celestial Arc follows WCAG guidance and applicable local regulations. We use continuous feedback cycles to improve navigation, staging, communications, and staffing across each edition.
We assess venue routes, signage contrast, and assistive technologies during planning and publish details ahead of time.
Onsite Accessibility Features
- Mobility: step‑free routes, seated rest points, wide aisles
- Visual & Hearing: large‑print programs, assistive listening on stages
- Rest Areas: quiet rooms and prayer spaces
- Wayfinding: high‑contrast signage and human guides
- Service Animals: welcomed with designated relief areas
- Transport: accessible parking and public transport links
Requesting Accommodations

- We confirm feasibility and any documentation required
- Pick up passes and support devices onsite
